Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at our store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, and after contacting us by email we don't find a solution, you can return it to us.
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. After having received and inspected your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your request. You can choose to get a refund or to replace it with a replacement product of the same type or style.
If your return is approved, it normally takes 7 working days to receive the refund. With Paypal, the process is typically faster than any other payment method.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Our shipping is carried out by PostNL.
Any custom duties or special taxes levied by individual countries or governments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Your order shall be shipped to the delivery address provided.
